I’m Eyd Haughton, a performance coach and mobility specialist with more than 25 years of coaching experience helping individuals rebuild strength, restore movement and develop long-term physical capability.

My work focuses on a simple principle:

When movement improves, everything improves.

Strength increases. Pain reduces.

Confidence returns.

Performance follows.
